– Light and Pure Olive Oil (Purifying Process)

Meanwhile, refined olive oil is usually labeled pure or light olive oil. The type is treated with solvents and high heat to remove unwanted odors. Although refined (refined) olive oil does not contain many nutrients, it is not easily affected by high-temperature exposure.
